I am just trying to get some tips for running at night. I have to start doing this and I don't want to get run over. I found these hats online www.bosshead-lite.com and I am also getting a reflective vest. Anyone else have any tips?

I had to do some runs early in the morning, pre-dawn... pitch black type runs. I brought a mini mag lite with me, that seemed to help. I'd definitely stick to smoother terrain, no trail running in the dark if you ask me. Or if you can, stick to lit neighborhoods, maybe bring a whistle or something for safety? And I'd not bring any music, either, as you can't hear the cars coming, or anything coming, if you have headphones on.

Good luck!
Em
