Marathon Training - Injury

I have my first marathon at the end of September this year. After the Kilometer Buildup program I was on the second week of the Marathon Training Program, then I injured my knee while hiking. I am right now on my third week of no running but expect to start again next Monday. After having 3 weeks off, what is the best way to start on the training again ? How many kilometers per week should I aim for once I start back running ? Is the usual "one week off means two weeks to get back to the previous level" saying relatively true ?
