I have this pain at the side of my left leg starting from somewhere above the unkle and right upto my cluteals. It always starts when I cruise past 10K. Does anyone has an idea what it is?

I'm not exactly sure what the pain in your leg could be, but you might want to try changing the type of shoe you're wearing to something with a little more rigidity and support. I'm not sure what you're wearing now, but it's just a thought. For me, most pain that I have is always related to the type of shoe I'm wearing. It may also have something to do with where you're running. When I was living in the mountains and doing a lot of hill and mountain running I had some similar mystery pains that would come and go. Some people say that weight training will help you strengthen your leg muscles and combat problems like this too. Also, you could give yourself a break from running for a little while and try swimming or biking as a substitute until your leg heals and gets stronger.
