sorry guys, one more question, I ran my 6 miles on monday, and ever since I have had the hardest time running! I have been following a training schedule I used before and never had any problems. I hvae had a hard time with the smallest runs, 2-3 miles leave me sweaty and exhausted, which I don't experience unless its with my longer runs. whats the deal? are my muscles just stressed?

Did you go to your doctor? Did he clear you for training for a marathon? Did you tell him you are training for a marathon. I would start there. It seems to me you need medical advice, not online guesses. I am not being callous, I am concerned for you.
