Injury

Hi.. I am training for my first marathon, the San Diego Marathon 3/31 and I was at 16 miles 4 weeks ago in my training and now i am having problems with the IT band and the muscle below my knee.
I have 10 more weeks before the marathon! Can any one give me advice on how long the recovery is for the IT Band.. and do i still have enough time to train for the marathon!
