hi,
i strained my calf and am taking it easy right now letting it heal. it's been a week, and i expect it to take a little longer ( i don't want to push it).

my race is at the beginning of may, and i injured myself on my 19 mile run (at mile 4). so i'm close to the point where i would be doing my longest runs and then tapering.

any suggestions as to how i should adjust my training at this point? i will need to ease back into my mileage to make sure i don't reinjure the calf... but not sure how to handle this last month. suggestions?

thanks!
