I have been running on 2 warts on my left foot for about 2 months ago and they kill. Just recently has it actually slowed me down. I was running on the outside of my foot (because the warts are on the inside), and now the outside part of my foot is sore and bruised, and blisters are forming on my pinky toe. What is the best way to deal with these warts or just to run with, but ignore them? Please help!

I know it sounds strange at first, but I had a large planter’s wart on the pad of my foot behind my big toe and this worked for me. You basically cut out a piece of duct tape the size of the wart and keep it on your foot for 6 days, on the 7th day take it off, use a pumice stone on the wart and let it dry out over night. Then repeat this process until the wart is gone, or looks to be dead. There are articles posted online if you do a search. Because the warts are on your feet, you will most likely have to keep replacing the duct tape. I would put the duct tape on, then put a bandaid over the duct tape to help keep it in place.

I found silver nitrate was excellent. Make concentrated solution (10 - 20 ml is enough). Apply carefully w cotton bud ONLY to the wart. Leave it in the light until it goes black. Repeat daily takes a week or 2. I killed a wart on my thumb this way and the warts on my foot (which I did not treat) fell out shortly afterwards...weird huh?
