Ok, I saw this last night. Aside from the fact that some of the actors were MEGA hot...

It was really weird seeing Felicity's Ben as a werewolf. Though I must say - he'd be a good Lupin. The guy that was Kraven wopuld have been good as Snape too, actually Jay pointed that bit out.

This movie seemed to be copying so many movies I can't believe there are no lawsuits! We could see it ripping off the Matrix, the Crow, LOTR, Harry Potter in some parts, in fact - (I think that one of the guys on there was Voldemort on the back of Quirrel's head)

The last scene of the movie where Selin kills Victor is straight out of "Equilibrium"...and I mean almost exactly the same scene.
So yeah, a lot of copying in this movie...ESPECIALLY FROM MY LYCAEONIA FANFIC! GRRRR....

Helen, can you e-mail me that fan fic if you can dig it up somewhere (assuming you still have it at all). I know you told me about it in the past when I made a thread about Underworld back when it came out, and I know it sounded good.

Yeah, I noticed a few copying things, but I personally don't care that a movie copys stuff from other movies. If they can use it and make it good, then go with it because it will be good is the way I look at it.

The thing is that I can't just "email" it. Put together in the series, it's over 3,000 pages long...and I keep revising it even though the first versions kept getting sent out. I could send you probably the first two...but those combined are over 1,000 pages.

3,000 pages?! Wow. That's amazing. How long did it take to write?

Well, if I went straight through, it would have taken me just a month or two to write...but because of homework, work, just plain no motivation, etc...it's taken years.

Oh well. Worth a try. ...Would you have time to maybe upload it to Geocities or soemthing. That way the only person who knows where it is online would be the two of us, and once I copied and saved it into my computer you could delete the page. But if you don't want to or don't have the time it's okay, it was the only other option that crossed my mind.

If I get time in a few months (I'm being realistic with time here given how busy I am), I will probably find a way to put it on disk to send out. Anyone who wants it can have it. I'll just tell you now that there is some implied sexual content and it is graphically violent. But if I get time, just tell me if you want it and I'll email it out in segments since that will take less time than putting it online.

But I won't email out the final part (the first part is 350 pages or so, second part is 700 pages...and the final part is the one that bumps this up to being a 3000 or so page story). The reason is that I'm still going over it and tweeking it due to MASSIVE inconsistencies with my other two. It was just so long that I forgot what I had written before. I'll send it out when I'm done proofing it again...which might take a while.

Oh, I'm not saying do it now or anything, I know what a busy schedule is, trust me. I bet I wouldn't have time to read it for a while myself, but I know I would find it interesting if and when I ever get to it. Now if and when you ever do any form of sending it out, add me to your list of recipients. Use my e-mail address I have been e-mailing you with, not the one I put on the board. I get too much junk mail on the one I use most often so I put an e-mail addy up here that I check like once every other week or so, so if you e-mailed it to that I probably wouldn't even know for like a week or two.
