I have been thinking about this lately, and what really got me thinking was another related post, about how malfoy said something about Hagrid messing around with stuff that was to "big" for him.  It seems that Draco has had alot of "inside" information.

Draco is informed of this, and notices that "suffles" is with Harry boarding the train to Hogwarts. So I thought, so what? What does it mean. Well it would have to mean this:

Draco nows that Snuffles didn't betray Harry's parents, it was someone else. Thus he would know who it was(wormtail). So his father trusts him with this knowledge, but also trusts to send his son to hogwarts. Lucious is a known Death Eater now, because he is in prison. with all dracos knowledge, he must be all but sworn into being a death eater, if he isnt one already. Will that change now that his father is in prison? Well he seemed fairly ticked with harry after his dad is busted;so i doubt he will work for the order.

I apoligize if this has already been posted before.

Well I doubt Draco will be entirely pissed off about being rid of his father, but I can see him being extremely pissed off about the 'Malfoy honour' thing and also the ridicule he will suffer.

Basically, I can't see him joining the order after being made a fool of because of them.

Nah, it's great brainstorming but I think that Draco is too much of a baby to consider joining Voldemort.

I think that Draco is really smart, not only in that shrewd, Slytherin way, but also, you've got to admit that he knows his magic. I personly think that Draco might not join either, although I can see him being forced to join Voldemort because of all the information that he knows.

I just got an idea, what if Voldemort actually ends up killing Draco because he thinks that he knows to much and can't be trusted? Of course it could go the complete opposite way, and he could kind of "take over" his Dads place. Whatever happens, I thnk that we'll be seeing something crucial to the story line involving Malfoy.

I think Draco wants followers or at least protection too much want to be a death-eater.  I do think Draco thinks a lot of his father.  He certainly runs to daddy with every piece of infomation he gets and with every possible complaint.  I think Harry will need to watch his back in book 6 because Draco will be looking to harm Harry for sure.

Draco certainly doesn't seem the follower type. I don't know what will happen to him but I can't see him working for Voldy. I can see Draco, Crabbe, and Goyle becomeing gangsta's. But that's all I see is them like torturing muggles on there own will. I can see it now. Sidewalks of Surrey:the Defeat of Dudley Dursley. I wonder who Harry'll support or maybe he'll just order some popcorn and watch.
