Yes, Riley, I had the exact problem a few weeks ago.  I had gotten the Welchia virus.  I had to do two things, I started my computer in Safe mode and ran a virus scan with Norton, and then restarted the computer and went to the Norton/Symantec sight and down loaded the Welchia removal tool.  Without the removal tool, I would clear up the virus but it would come right back.  I'm afraid your'e going to need a virus program, or you could try just going to the Symantec sight.  They may let you down load the removal tool without buying anything.
