Just wondering what everyone thinks they'd be? Here's a few of mine, feel free to add more characters I hadn't thought of:

Snape: Himself
Trelawney: the past, or her own death
Dumbledore: Probably like Molly's, he would fear mostly for Harry's life
Umbridge: he he - I think we all know that one!
Hagrid: A cute cuddly kitten
Draco: his father
Cho: a great big zit
Crabbe or Goyle: a book
Fred and George: Mrs Weasley
Percy: Dumbledore
Ginny: Tom Riddle
Collin Creavey: His camera without any film
Lockhart: a broken mirror

Heh, heh, heh....

You know, I can see where Snape would be his own worst nightmare, but I can actually think of several things that might also be a boggart for him.  Hmmmm....

 

Snape: Dumbledore (I think that dude is less good than we think)
Trelawney: I'm thinking Umbridge, these days

Umbridge: he he - I think we all know that one! - heh, heh, heh
Hagrid: I would think he'd see dementors, too
Draco: his father - okay, I can see this one
Cho: dead Cedric
Crabbe or Goyle: and empty tart pan
Fred and George: Hmmm....  people from the misuse of magic office?
Percy: Dumbledore - yup, I'll go with this one
Ginny: Tom Riddle - oh yeah
Collin Creavey: a basilisk
Lockhart: a broken mirror - heh, heh  Yup

And a few of my own...

McGonagall - dead Dumbledore and/or Harry

Mad Eye Moody - the inside of his magical trunk

 

Couldn't think of one for Luna.  Any ideas?

Snape: I could see snape being afraid of Dumbledore. I agree on that one...i don't think he's as good as we all think. and since voldemort is afraid of dumbledore for a reason, snape must know it and be afraid too.
Trelawney: I'm not too sure i think Trelawney is AFRAID of umbridge...i think she's just outraged at how much power unbridge gained in such a small amount of time. I think shes more afraid of her own death...or the future...so maybe it would be her, actually predicting something right (minus prophecies)
Dumbledore: Probably like Molly's, he would fear mostly for Harry's life - Yea...i'm agreeing.
Umbridge: ditto...haha
Hagrid: Yea...i think hagrid would see the dementors.
Draco: his father - okay, I can see this one - definately.
Cho: dead Cedric...MAYBE...she certainly cares enough about him.
Crabbe or Goyle: and empty tart pan - haha...that or a dead malfoy. without malfoy basically they're nothing.
Fred and George: I don't think they'd be afraid of people from the misuse office...if they were they'd follow more rules...i think that each would see the other dead...they're a duo...

Lockhart: um...i don't think he'd remember anything that happened to be scaired of anything but a broken mirror.

about luna lovegood...its hard to think about what she's afraid of. She obviously is pretty laid back about EVERYTHING...she hides her fear by relying on factless solutions. So as long as she always has an outlandish excuse for everything, she seems to be fine. Maybe something unexplainable would be her biggest fear. something that not even the quibbler could explain.

Cho: dead Cedric i don't know its not a fear since it already happened its more like a bad memory than a fear so i think she fears being alone thats why she went to harry after cedric's death
Crabbe or Goyle: dead malfoy definatevly he thinks at their place they couldn't walk without malfoy they'd forget where their going!
Fred and George: Not only seeing each other dead but the rest of their familly also, harry and hermione.
Percy: Dumbledore or being fired from the ministry.

Lockhart: a broken mirror yeah why not he cant remember anything anyways
Mc gannogal (sorry spelling): voldy coming back to power takin over hogwarts.
Lupin:being locked up because he's a ware wolf
Luna: definatevly not having any explanation not even the most unbelievable.
mad-eye: failling to protect someone or failling a mission
Ron: aragog!
Hermione: her 2 best friend dying.
ginny: tom riddle
Colin: basilick

see...i've been wondering this lately: Why is it that Lupin didn't let Hermione go against the boggart? I mean, sure, his defence was really, that they had run out of time, and of course Hermione answered the question correctly. But doesn't it seem odd that he didn't let her go against it?

Personally, i think Hermione's biggest fear (besides all that zeroes on tests and grades and stuff) would in fact be harry dead. I think that maybe, Lupin thought of this and decided it was best that Harry and the others, didn't see a DEAD harry on the floor of the Teachers Lounge. It would be too wierd/too much of a shock for a young class to experience. Also, i think it would have been too personal of a fear for hermione to express to the class.

In her exam it showed what her fear was - McGonnagal coming out and telling her she failed everything. I figure Lupin sensed it would be that and didn't want the class making fun of her - I sure as hell would if I knew that was someone's worst fear.
