Yeah, that's what I figured. I didn't understand why people would talk about food in their posts...

Harry Potter is one of my favorite books, I cannot wait until the next one comes out. Sadly, though, it might take a while, as J.K. Rowling takes a very long time to write her books. And the movies are terible so they won't hold me over. Oh well, I'll just have to wait and wait until the sixth book finally comes out. It better be good!

According to two different chat-dictionaries I have, BBQ still means barbeque. OMG... WTF!! :D

People have BBQ parties here a lot, I guess it's newbie for Party?

What makes me sad is that we've actually had idiots that talk like this. Remember Herbini?

Don't most newbies we get talk like this regardless?

BBQ slang for party? Man, I thought some of the things I've heard them come up with were lame, but that would probably be the more confusing term I've heard in a long time.

I still dont get it then -

Oh My God, What The ...., Party???

lol - so stupid... then again, thats newbies for you!

I have to agree with whoever said it above though - it would be extremely nice to have a reverse translator, which actually told you what the newbie was saying... would make things on this board alot easier at times! OMGWTFBBQ... lol... still stupid!

While it isn't a translator - you can look up words at these 2 sites:
