I have a question for everyone. If Draco Malfoy died, how do you think the trio would feel? I think Ron might be a little too happy, and Hermione a little too sad, but what about Harry?

for staters, i think he will be confused. hell be happy that he is gone, but sad that yet another person has died. and i read somewhere that they will hate each other untill they BOTH die.

An odd feeling rose in Harry -- an emotion quite differnt from the anger and greif that had filled him since Sirius's death. It was a few moments before he realised that he was feeling sorry for Luna.
"How come people hide your stuff?" he asked her, frowning.
"Oh...well..." She shrugged. "I think they think I'm a bit odd, you know. Some people call me 'Loony' Lovegood actually."
Harry looked at her and the new feeling of pity intensified rather painfully.
"That's no reason for them to take your things," he said flatly. "D'you want help finding them?"

As much as they dislike Draco, I don't think they would be happy if he died. They surely wouldn't grieve over him but I think they would be quite shocked.

Why do you think Hermione would be too sad?

They'd be upset. As much as they seem to hate him - I think the trio pity him more than anything. With a father like his, Draco has never been able to be anything but what he's been told to be.

She would be to sad b/c she cares for people a little more than she should, as bad as that sounds, esspecially people like Draco, and she would understand more than the boys that he grew up like that....
