It has to be tom riddle: Riddle and Hagrid were the only
people who were in the CoS, and jk rowling said that CoS was going to be called the HBP. Hagrid isn't half blood he's half giant. Giants are magical to.

Okay, if she did decide to call CoS the Half-blooded Prince, then it would be a different storyline otherwise what would the Chamber have to do with anything? And if it is a different storyline, different people can be in it..?
