GoF has started filming already. As far as I know Julie Walters is still playing Molly.

Yea, I'm pretty sure we would of heard about it if she wasn't playing her. And besides, why would she want to back of of the series now? Mrs. Weasley becomes pretty big in Harry's life in GoF and OotP

I don't like her that much statement is irrelevant. She plays the role amazingly clear regardless of your opinion...in fact out of all the actors...I think she personafies her character the best...regardless of the fact that i don't like the "character".  I can't see anyone doing a better job at being Mrs. Weasley...and she does have a role in the future/past books, so she is an important "character".

Julie Walters makes me cringe everytime I see her play Molly - which is exactly the way I feel when I read any scene with Molly in it in the books. So I have to say that (groan) Locke is right, she portrays the character well.

uhh... I'm confused. If you look at the full cast and crew for GOF, Molly weasley isn't even listed as a character! did they cut her? she plays a fairly important role in the book, so...

It's a secret plot by JKR and the producer. They're trying to make you guess about the role of Mrs. Weasley to make you STOP trying to guess who the Half Blood Prince is in her new book.

there are enough people who don't care who plays her to keep guessing about both. I doubt Rowling would waste her time, especially when she's got producers breathing down her neck for the next book, two kids to manage, the whole world waiting for her next move, and managing her own life as well.
