Now, after rereading the OoP for the billionth time, I think I have somthing big.
Why doen't the toad queen seem to have any emotion but anger and hatered. And.. the only time she gets excited is when there is a surplus of emotion around, and somehow, all the emotion except hatered toward her is left.
She ordered the dementors to go get Harry. She also seems to have dementor like chracteristics. Does she have dementors blood in her? Yes, her looks are exactly the opisite (short, stubby,and walks very meaningfully.) But can Dementors disguse themleves? And, in turn, if dementors can disguise themsleves, they must not be as strong as dementors than usual.
Plus, have we ever seen the Toad Queen perform magic? ( wonder why......) Okay, maybe she's not a dementor, but she does very posible have dementor blood in her....don't you think?
AND...if that is true,I want to know how it is true.We know that dementors don't breed they grow (like fungus or somthing).
Would somone have ingested a not yet fully formed dementor....years later yeilding Toad Woman( I'm talking 3 or 4 genrations later)
The reason I say 3 or 4 is because when Umbrige was talking to Trelawney, she said" And you are......the only one in your family that possesis the second right?" To that Trelawney responds "Things lie this alwy skip.er..three or four generations. THREE OR FOUR, PROFESSOR??????
They have caught my attention....now all we have to do is wait, silent as a mouse for that horribly familier rattleing breath....

ok...its a possibility i suppose, but as far as dementors breeding, at the beginning of HBP there was that mist all around the country and Fudge said it was because the dementors were breeding. I'm not sure how someone would swallow a not fully developed dementor, but i suppose anything is possible.
she does have dementer like characteristics. if this is true, then i wonder if dumbledore knew? is umbrige a skilled occlumens? if not then i think albus would know. the only thing we know for sure is that we havent seen the last of the character that we all love to hate.

Also, as for the whole swallowing a dementor thing, I couldnt think of anything else....how you can be part dementyor. Maybe she loathes part humans so much becuase dshe doesnt really like the fact that she is short, fat and emotion sucking. The whole short, fat thing convinced me that she is definatly not first generation dmentor (Tall and thin)but she must be part dementor because of her characteristyics.
