JKR said that someone got a reprieve from dying. I think it's Draco. Everyone thinks he's so evil, but really, what has he done that's really bad? I mean, up until the sixth book, nothing...except be a jerk. And yes, in the sixth book, he did let the death eaters in or whatever (I don't really remember the details) but he didn't kill Dumbledore. He couldn't-he just didn't have it in him. So that points to the fact that he's not evil-he's just a spoiled little rich boy-which, in the grand scheme of things, really isn't that bad. Mabye in the last book he helps the good side, and JKR decided that he really didn't need to die. She could even probably tell the story better if he doesn't. I don't know about you, but, spoiled-little-rich-kid or not, I am kind of attached to him. If he died, I'd be a little sad.
