So Harry does indeed find and destroy the remaining horcruxes. He seeks out Voldemort and an intense battle ensues... Before long they are (once again) in a dead lock of magical powers. Harry eventually realizes that the only way he can defeat Voldemort is for he himself to die. And so, knowing this, Harry looks back at his friends and says, "I love you... all of you," and he allows himself to be destroyed. The love that was created in the sacrifice is so powerful that it works to kill Voldemort himself. And so, with harry gone, but Voldemort gone as well, the Dark Lord's followers are helpless and good wins the battle over evil. It was also suggested by 'person x' that Hermione and Ron will profess their love for one another at some point in the book.

That is not quite the story.
Yes, Harry does kill off all the Horcruxes. But It was Neville who killed Nagini the sixth Horcrux. Now the whole love thing you just said is not how it happened at all. Harry did not tell anyone that he loved them. He knew that he had to die so that voldemort did and he was under the impression that he would be killed and die forever. ( Harry gained this knowledge when Snape dies and gives Harry all of his memories) After snape gave harry his memories Harry travelled to the headmasters office and poured them into the pensieve. When Harry had finished viewing them he then hid under his invisibility cloak and travelled to meet his death, in the forbidden forest. There is another part to do with this but you will have to read the book to find out what it was. Anyway, when harry meets voldemort. voldemort casts the killing curse. Believing that he killed harry. But, he did not Harry goes to some place ( which Harry says looks like Kings Cross station) and meets dumbledore. They then have an open discussion about EVERYTHING. Turns out, HARRY was the seventh Horcrux. Harry became the seventh horcrux the first time he had survived the killing curse. A part of voldemorts soul went into Harry and lived in him until that day. Voldemort did not kill Harry he killed his own soul inside of him. Harry then went back to life and pretended he was dead. Of course voldemort had to check so he sent Narcissa Malfoy to check and she lied for Harry so that he would tell her if Draco Malfay was still alive. Anyway. When voldemort travelled with the supposedly dead Harry Neville resists voldemorts rule and kills the snake. When everyone was fighting Harry revealed his very alive self to voldemort and they have a discussion and Voldemort casts the killing curse again. At the very same time Harry casts the disarming spell ( Expelliarmus) and the killing curse backfires and kills voldemort. This of course is NOT the whole story and the is so much more to it but for me to explain the whole book I would have to write another book.
