Unfortunately Rusty Wallace has absolutely NO shot at winning this award. Dale Earnhardt, Jr. is by far the "most popular driver", however, Bill Elliott wins the award because each member of his fan club votes 100 times. This award is somewhat a joke. It took Dale Earnhardt dying to de-throne Bill Elliott. Don't even waste your time..
