Can any one help

How do you get water out of the cylinders ,Ive taken out the spark plugs and blown most of the water out but the 3rd cylinder still has a lot of water in it ....

Just keep turning the engine over with the plugs out and spray some WD-40 or lubricant that disperses water in there and when the mist coming out looks very faint, try er.
