Response to putting one's goals down in writing - notebook or index cards?
sheets in plastic protectors, tied the plastic protectors together with a bit of yarn & hung them on my refrigerator. I mark stuff off & write on the sheet with dry erase pens. Later a Kleenex wipes off the writing.
I did the same for my daily meds & nutrition. IE:
