Response to yep - didn't say who I was again.

You can sign in to Network54, if you want to, but not required at the moment.

Whether you are signed in or not, and you start to make a post, and you are in the box where you are typing your message, look above the message box and type in your name where it says "Your Name". Type in any name you want, but obviously you are on the honor system to use the name you are known by here.

If you are new, then create a name (that represents your feelings or hopes or something that means something to you), then use that name consistantly -- for as long as it serves you. After a while, down the road, your feelings may change, and you may change your name. This is usually because of changing your self-image, and not just a random change. But as a general rule, we usually use the same name to post with -- over a period of years -- because it helps create a sense of community. However, this is up to the individual.

If you are signed into Network54 with a Network54 username, then you still need to manually type in your name above the message-typing box. If you don't type a name in above your message, where it says "your name", then your post will come out as being anonymous (even if you are logged in).

However, Network54 usually remembers your name after that first post, and you don't have to type it in again. But if you log off, it is forgotten. When you log back in, you need to manually type in your name on your first post in each logon session.

If you are not logged in to Network54, then you'd need to type a name in EVERY time.

Hope this clarifies it a bit for you.
