Response to what happened re:michelles friend sleepover, and now what?

The same thing happened to my son. The boy asked if he could spend the night at our house and the mom said sure. I too thought it was too soon for the boy as it was his first time at our house. He said he felt sick to his stomach just before bed so he wanted to call his mom. We called his mom and he decided to go home.

My son was not as upset that he went home as he was worried that something at our house made his friend sick. I told him that he might have just been scared being at a new place and that we would call his house the next day to make sure he was ok.

My son went to school the next day and it was never mentioned again. A month later the boy again wanted to spend the night at our house. Again his mom said sure. And again he left saying he was sick. His mom tried to get him to stay saying he was probably just nervous and it would be ok if he would just relax but the boy insisted so his mom came and got him.

I just saw the boys mom at my sons school today and she asked for my phone # again saying she would like to have the boys get together again. I'm not sure how to turn him down if ask to spend the night again. He has invited my son to spend the night at his house and my son has slept over but I don't like it. The boys stay up till 2 AM playing. The mom said she normally lets her boys stay up till 11PM but when friends are over they get to stay up a little later. MY son likes to go to bed at 8:30PM if he doesn't get enough sleep every little thing will send him into meltdown.

Sorry I went on about my situation. I bet your daughter will be better once she goes back to school and her routine goes back to the way it was. I know I wasn't much help just wanted to say I've sort been threw it also.
