I didn't want to make it sound like at some point you give up. I think the best way to keep the window of opportunity open is to keep doing stuff - whether it be SI, chelation, etc. Anything to keep the brain flexible gives you more options. I'm just saying I can understand why in Autismas' case a year, at this point, wouldn't matter socially because even holding a year the kids would be so far ahead. But that's why I think she should hold if she really likes the inclusive environment - the year WON'T matter but the change in program will.
Now, I'm not saying I necessarily agree with the inclusive environment at this point ... but that's not my call. | |
