I've been having MSN problems, too. Although my computer issues have been different from yours, what has worked for me is do what Cheryl said, basically. I went into add/remove programs and uninstalled Microsoft Internet Explorer 6. It went back to my previous program and then I went back to a MSN website and reinstalled the program. I hope you can fix the problem!
