A law that went into effect as of Feb 28, 2002!

I know you are from IL, down state somewhere.
This law applies to both regular ed and special ed kids, which allows SDs to isolate or use physical restraints as deemed necessary on kids.
I have nothing to do w it.
Dr. Pespicio VAzquez is our new State supdt of ed, from what I heard.
Did you know anything about this, before you accuse me or brand me as an "abuser" in one of the threads below?
You see, everyone is protected by law supposedly, including you and me! So, stop telling things about people you hardly ever know.
Educate yourself about the public health, what our govt has to go thru to ensure safety and health of all her citizens alike.
Look at the "total picture" before you arrive at a conclusion.
