Why do they allow preconception to limit their thought?

Response to :( How quick they are to blame :(

"Police say they do not believe the boy could have jumped or fallen from the window by himself.

"It would have been difficult at best for the child to have done this to himself," Lt. Jon Priest said."

Shows how little they truly know about children with autism.

When my boy was 20 mos. old, he could climb the front of the refridgerator like a mountain climber. When he was short of three he managed to climb a pine tree in the back yard that my older son (9 at the time) had difficulty getting up to the branches. When he was 3 1;2 he could shove an 8 foot couch across the carpeted floor from the end so he could getsomething he wanted off a shelf, and the only other person in the house who could move that heavy-assed couch longways like that was me.

People who do not know autism do not know how determined they can be (for right or wrong), how fast, or how strong.

I would like to know why this cop says the boy could not have done this accidentally (on purpose).

I am not saying that this woman is indeed innocent, but her guilt remains to be proven. I just know my boy has done a whole buncha things that most people would deny he was capable of doing.
