Response to what IS with this!!??

the hell did someone get "supposedly" personal, confidentail information about you from..say..10+ years ago??! How does she know she was talking to YOU on the phone? How did she verify she was talking to you LG and not your neighbor down the street giving out confidentail info to you as a matter of course?
