calling al half-fulls....

ok YOU are lg.
you have no friends to coem with you to school.
you have no advocate.
you have no ride to come to school.
you cannot talk on the telephone to people, without turning into a repeating parrot, stammering, getting lost, stimming out on sounds, and eventually crying.(you dont think taht will help the school think you are a competent parent, let alone an competent individual).
you cant walk the over 20KM to school.
you dont have neighours who can take you to school.
your school staff wont come to your house for a meeting.
your school staff will not pick you up for a meeting.
your school board will not allow you to get on the kids bus to get to school.
you are still waiting for the OT who said she was calling a IEP meeting, to do so, and when she does, you will need to ask her if she will mind coming to pick you up, and if she minds, then there is no IEP meeting, because you will still have no way to get there.

from that half-full perspective please explain how you will address this concern.

ofcoourse you are writing a letter.
ofcourse you allready have exprience that previous letters in other schools amounted to no action.
ofcourse a letter will not address the changes to the IEP.
you have requested the principal to send you a copy of the IEP-she has not.
you have requested for the special ed teacher also to outline what she is doing to help your child, and the days she has done these things on (since child reports that from feb1st onward-date of the IEP- your child has been seen by special ed. teacher on two occasions, although the IEP states 1 1/2 hours per week-every week)
but there has been no reply to that either.
