commuynity legal clinic...
only issue is that they donot give advice over the phone.need to make an appointment...
and dont know how to go about doing it unless go in person to town to make it next time am there..
june 1st dr. appointment.
the appointment wiht legal clinic would not arrive fast enough.although is a good thing to do.
will go make appointment when am in town.
next week monday.
am just not going to an appointment.
what am not understanding is:
IF son is emotionally abusing the teacher. why has this not been informed to self before>
when it was happenidng?
that teacher had told principal about the ruler on desk incident that it was MINE SON who was swinging the ruler around in circles atop his head.. (one of his stims, to "fly" things around on top of his head in circles, rulers, sticks, straws, lego pieces.. whatever) he apprently was "merely taking it away for safety sake".. ohh and he says that son had started doing this AFTER he had been HITTING another student in th eback with the chalk dusters... hhmm...
So HOW COME there was no report of son HITTING anyone prior to this complaint about teacher?
if this school says they have total zero tolerance policy on violence, on physical contact, on hitting etc. then how come son was not suspended for hitting?
or no report was even made of son hitting anyone.. or about the ruler swinging.. until now..
this al makes no sense...
it is not straight forward..
something is incorrect, or hidden, or manipulated or something is wrong with this all....
