Ok, so now I really confused...

The judge agrees that granting religious exemption only to those "organized" religions that the state of Arkansas recognizes as such is unConstitutional and therefore is thrown out, so now NO religious exemptions can be applied???

What kind of madness is this???

That is like saying because a civic organization refused to admit women they must disband! Instead, what we decide in this case i that the civic org MUST admit women...

It would seem to me that the logical followup to the (correct) decvision that selective recognition of religious exemption should be allowing ALL religious exemptions to stand.

I realize Ark is not the most progressive state, but come on!
