and the CD.... was very "karmic" because was looking around online, and seen that specific one at futureshop online and it looked excellent...
what a wonderful offer.

this same type of karmic thing happened with someone else.
they started to talk about asptronomy (constellations and milky way), and water specifically.
well, had decided this:
had been planning to study space, and everything we can about water. picked the water because it is a natural thing for us, we live at the waters edge. from here we can then study precipitation the whole idea of condensation, rain, evaporation, leads to clouds, leads to weather, we will measure rainfall, snowfall, chart the weather, then move onto learning about other aspects of weather, leads to hurricanes, monsoons, etc. leads back to water/oceans/lakes. then ofcourse the natural preservation of water, we will study the various ways to clean water, reverse osmosis, we will distill water at home, learn about water treatment at government levels, then to preservation of clean lakes, streams leads to environmental aspects. the space part comes because we live on the lake, and have been watching the sunrise almost day, as well as watching the moon rise when ever we see it. we notice that the moon rises in various places along the lake horizon depending on the time of yr. and so decided to take pictures of the whole horizon, chart onto the pictures diagonal lines every 1/4 inch, and that will be guide to plot on paper where the moon rises over the yr. this leads to studying the revolution of the moon around the earth, the revolution of the earth around the sun, leads to speaking of the solar system, lead to other solar systems, leads to milky way.
