Am I doing enough?

Hello:
I have a child who was diagnosed a few months ago. I feel like I have been swept up in a twister ever since! There is so much to do but I can't shake the feeling that I'm missing something.
How do I know that I'm doing enough for my child? My husband says he can't possibly beleive that I've missed anything but I'm afraid that the missing puzzle peice could be out there somewhere and I haven't yet found it.
Are there any types of "check lists" or "to do lists" that exist for after a child is diagnosed with autism???
Seems like they should pass out some sort of instruction manual when they diagnose a child!
