missing dx

it is easy to miss dx in oz. in this state there is none for adults. adolescents are fairly hit and miss and only in the last 3 years have there been any significant attempts to dx children apart from those who are profoundly autistic. in central and rural australia, there are simply no services. in cities, they are very limited. this is all linked to sparse population and costs. it is changing but not fast enough.
