I think you've got to separate the man from the therapy as it is today. I had to do this with Tomatis. Tomatis' ideas were based in a theory that the mother and child didn't bond in-utero - very blame the mother. I think that's bull. Regardless, the therapy works IMO.

Now, ABA is another story - I don't see any evidence it's the therapy and not the amount of one-on-one time that works, but heck, if it works for your child, go for it!
