I don't know what this person is up to, but what I do know, is that, useing a child to get at the mother is the lowest form of being.

I am very sorry this is happening. The uncertanity of what is going on. The pain you feel for your child. I'm just sad that this stuff happens.

Personally I would be direct, and go to the aide, then ask if there is a problem that she/he needs to discuss with you.
