My daughter has autism, and jumps alot as well. We started out with a weighted vest which helped, and also gave residual affects. Which made me think that a weighted quilt may work even better. This way she can get the benefits of the quilt while she sleeps. We ordered ours through our family service worker. If the cost of one would stop you, I suppose a really heavy blanket may do the trick. Good luck!
