I spent quite a few minutes with this link the first time I found it, and several minutes several other times too!!

The water and fan sound good, it is over 100 degrees here again, and I cannot afford to run my a/c. So here is a suggestion for you, you and Ryan come over here, I will pop bubbles with Ryan for hours, and you can spray us with water and fan us. We all win!! [Just don't get my computer too wet.]
