The schools like to say a student is learning disabled when achievement tests lower than IQ. My daughter's achievement tests MUCH HIGHER than IQ. The psychologists say she is an "overachiever" - she knows more than she's capable of learning. Those with common sense say the IQ tests aren't measuring her intelligence.
