All buses should have aides

At least at the Elementary level, they should ALL have aides. It's illegal to leave these kids alone at home. Why should 40 of them be unsupervised on a bus? There is little a driver can do to keep things in order, watch for safety issues, curb teasing, etc., all while safely driving the bus.

They have a hard enough time getting drivers though. Probably harder for aides.
