QuickBasic or QBasic

I just realized there are two different QBasics... The old one "QuickBasic" and the new one (compared to the old one) "QBasic". Which one is better? the old one or new one? And why is the old one "QuickBasic 4.5" version considered better by most then the "QuickBasic 7.1" version? Dosen't the 7.1 version the same thing but better?
