I have a Logitech Web cam express and run XP. I have a linksys router (I have opened a port in it). The visual worked fine once! since then the person on the other end cannot see me but I can see them fine. I did the Logitech "tools" suggestions but that didn't work. Very frustrated at not bening able to communicate properly when it did work. Both of us use the messenger version 6.1 which is what Logitech said to do. Can someone help me?
