I'm a retired American, 61 years old, who, with my wife, spends quite a bit of time riding motorcycles in various parts of the world. I have a bike in Guatemala, Central America, [where we live most of the year] as well as one in Sacramento, California, [where we have our original home, but only visit it about 2 months a year] and one in Boston, soon to be shipped to Europe [which we will store at a motorcycle shop wherever we end up after each tour].
I'd like to find someone in New Zealand who would trade bikes with me, I come over and ride theirs, they come over and ride mine. They can take their pick, the Europe and California bikes are BMW R1200GS's and the one in Guatemala is a BMW F650GS.
I came upon this address in a search for a BMW owners club in New Zealand. Perhaps you can help me find someone who is willing to trade with me, or have and idea how I might advertise my wishes. I rode in New Zealand about 25 years ago, in fact that is where I caught the bug so to speak. I'd love to come back.
