Season Ticket Fiasco

I have just tried for the third time to purchase a season ticket!!!

I rang the office this morning to confirm when they would be closing and what time they might be taking lunch. I was told that they would be closing early today @ 2pm, happy with this I said that I would pop up just after 1 to buy my season ticket. I got to the office at 1:15pm only to find the offices locked and bolted!!! AAARRRRGGGGHHHHHH

What a shambles.... I am on the point of giving up trying to get a season ticket, don't they want my £140?? I am particulary hacked off with the fact that I spoke to the office, arranged a time and they still closed up an hour early!! (or more)

Can someone please help me?? I'm sorry to say that I never found it this difficult to purchase a season ticket under the old regime.
