The GELKS lodge is a private club and alcohol can not be brought on to any of the property. Any alcohol that is consumed at the party must be bought from the lodge. This is a TABC law. The Elks Lodge will shout down the party if they find alcohol that is not bought from them. They will not take a chance of loosing their lisense. Their lisense covers all of the property not just inside the building.
