I guess I should clarify at this point, that it would be a good idea for folks to bring their own SOFT DRINKS AND WATER---not everyone is a boozer, ya know!!
Jeri, it mite not be a bad idea for you to bring your "cooker"---better check with Bob to make sure that Gelks is cool with using outside equipment---I don't know the rules. I do know that the pits near the building kinda suck! We have used the pit by the creek, and it did all right.
As far as the times: The gates open up at noon, and I plan on being there setting up at that time. We have the facility from noon till midnite on the 23rd, so notify folks they can show up within that time frame. We need a report from the bands about when they plan to coordinate the music end of it, so Steve, Kevin, Randy, Neel...let us know what's up with that please.
