Ok, here is what I know: We are getting the Elks for free, but any alcohol must be purchased from their bar. That's fair, and their prices are good.
Jeff, Bob and some others are getting the meat for burgers and dogs along with the lettuce, tomatos, onions, condiments etc. Someone has graciously donated burger and hot dog buns. There will be plenty of chips. There will also be soft drinks and water. We will get the paper plates and untensils as well.
Anyone who wants to can feel free to bring any side dishes, desserts or additional soft drinks and water, ice chests if they would like. For sides and desserts, just think of something easy that doesn't have to be kept really cold or really hot. If you have a couple of lawn chairs you might want to bring them for outside along w/ some bug spray! There are plenty of chairs inside....but you won't need them, because you will be up dancing!!!
We just want it to be easy, so no one has an excuse not to come.
