advice for beginner

I do clowning and would like to learn the skill
of the unicycle. I'd appreciate any advice for a
beginner. What size tires ? Makes models?

I won't be unicycling a lot cause I'll be doing other
clown stuff, but I'd like something that I can easily
learn on.
