Ryan Kehrig tied the game with 17.88 seconds left in the third period and goaltender Aaron Ward on the bench for an extra attacker. Joe Barnes scored a power play goal in the first period to tie the game 1-1. Trent Adamus scored 73 seconds into the third to make it 2-1 Blades. Both goaltenders were very sharp. Ward was first star, playing in front of family and friends in Swift, stopping 30 shots. Todd Ford wasn't as spectacular...but still very good, stopping 32 shots. Brent Twordik had a goal and two assists for the Broncos. Voth, I invite you to e-mail me for Blades' info at [email protected]!
