I have spoken with Brent McEwen...

and he confirmed that Justin Keller is still on the Blades' 50-player list. They have informed all 18 other W-H-L teams that he is available, but have received no interest.
I wish Justin the best wherever he ends up playing this season. He's a nice young man who always took the time to say hello!
